It's coming up on 185,000km's. I do an oil change every 5000kms since i have owned the car (coming up on 2 yrs).

And nah i didn't get the Flex of Ebay. I have seen them on there though! My flex came about when the old one got caught on a speed hump and broke off with a full load in the car haha.. Man was that loud after that!! I had to limp it home trying to to break any windows in the houses i went past hehe.

So i decided to get a 3" double braided stainless one so it doesnt break again!! :slap:

It took me a while to find one in the colour i wanted (the Charcoal Metalic Black). Love the colour, but its a bit of a pain to keep clean!

ALL GT4's are awesome. Especially the 185's. I went for the 185 because i think it looks the nicest of all celica shapes and many people still cant believe its 15 yrs old when they see it!

Yeah i love the shap also, i wouldnt change a thing, maybe the headlights, as i would like ones similar to that of a 355 Ferrari. I wanted to paint mine black..but i just went with white, it was easier in the end, and also didnt cost as much.

Ive got a Tubular manifold i bought for my car, but i dont want put a FMIC on as i have the WTA...and it really kills the cooling system on the WTA, is anyone interested in buying it? its brand new, i even got the inside re-polished....wish i could use it though.

anyone interested in it?

Nice steering wheel! Better than the standard Group A jobbie.

BTW - does anyone know what the blank buttons on the console of the Group A is? Like the one that you have put the LED in?

I assume one of them must be fog lights?

You should go a straight intake and relocate the battery Matt, Its a worth while mod, made a massive difference, and i love that induction noise. You need to setup a cold air intake, and also a box to cover the filter too.

Well i just phoned up a mate at toyota, $1,000 for that factory optioned carlos sainz steering wheel, and they are no longer available to buy.  . Damn your luck Beej, thats a damn sweet wheel you got there, i gotta find me one somehow.

The k&N drop in filter wasn't cheap.. was like 120 odd bucks if i remember correctly from autobarn.. they had to specially order it in..

My intention was to cut the bottom out of the standard airbox so it looks standard from the top but is mostly an open filter at the bottom and then run some ducting to it... yet to be done! hehe

the seats were black and red like the steering wheel from memory

LPG will cost a small fortune

cutting of wheel well and re infrocing the structure, tank, mounting of said tank, LPG lines, fuel rail, specific liquid injectors, pump + swirl tank, then computer and associated never done before tuning.....

i also plan to mount a space saver spare wheel 4WD style but on the inside of teh boot

it all measures and adds up, the entire exercise i expect to be around the 10 - 15k considering the amount of custom fabrication invovled for tank mounting, the ECU itself and said tuning. Alot of money could be saved by not going to the effort of using liquid injection or EFI, and a simple *cough* crap *cough* carby system, and not going to the tank mounting etc trouble. fuel rail will need to be custom fabricated, coz i dont see myself finding liquid injectors to fit any 4cyl rail i could think of using

im yet to get heavily involved in development and reasearch of it, because i've had some financial set backs, but i know someone thats already done something very similar on a 4A-GZE, most of the difficult stuff i've figured out
