I was going to get MEGAN because it was the only decent brand I could find (and they have metallic blue available :P). I'm aware the triangle ones provide slightly more stability in the back end but is it work tearing your interior trim to pieces to install it? and its not as if the car is flopsy on the road its by far the stiffest car I've ever owned although that's not saying much haha

Yep. But get it from here and make an offer.

http://www.ebay.com....=item43a6050d62

At the time I purchased it. It was around $138 US or so from the same seller. I think I offered him around $120. So it worked out to be something like $118 AUD.

EDIT: Free postage as well. So cheaper than the US seller.

Do you guys think its worth the cost?

....and yep

Hey guys,

HOW ON EARTH DO YOU STAND THE NOISE! My ultra racing bar arrived and I put it on (of course the upper threads weren't long enough so I used M8 Nuts that don't have the collar which was a terrible idea ad they are now damaged). The bar touches the engine and as a result when you drive the engine vibrates against the bar and creates the worst noise in the world. How do you post photos here so I can show you just in case I've done it wrong. But has anyone else had this problem with their ultr racing bar?

It only goes on 1 way i assume ? Perhaps needs to be raised slightly ? I dont think it should be rest or coming into contact with the motor

Yep only one way. You cant raise it the thread protruding from suspension heads is barely long enough for it at the moment. A simple solution would be to raise the thread somehow then rubber washers on the bottom of the mounting points so it sits proud of the engine.

I was wondering if anyone who actually owned one had a similar problem.
