Hi All

We are in the 2017 Sh!tbox rally, a major fundraiser for the cancer council. Now whilst the rally is called Sh!tbox, we elected a Celica as we want to make it and have some fun along the way.

In 2017 we will be travelling over 3,800km from Adelaide, South Australia to Cairns in North Queensland. The trip will see participants face the challenge of highly variable terrain, remote outback roads and changing climates. The route will take us via both the Oondatta Track and the Plenty Highway all in cars worth less than 1K. Attached is a map of the route!!

Here is a link to our fundraising page, any support is very gratefully accepted. https://shitboxrally...-foxtrot-indigo

A question for all the experienced Celica owners is what spares would you suggest we take, we can't take a truck load and have an amazing group of support teams that work Macgiver type magic, but it helps if we have a few of the common spares hidden in the car, any  advice would be really welcome.

Here is our FB page so you can follow all the action.. https://www.facebook.com/sbrnfi/

Cheers

Steve

A few that I would consider:

Engine mounts
Driveshafts
Plugs
Leads
Distributor cap
Ignitor
Fuel filter
Fuel pump

Hit a wreckers before you go and you should be able grab some parts.

Belts,
A few sizes of hose,

Hose clamps,

Air filter if doing lots of dusty driving,

RTV gasket goo.

Yep, Duct Tape and cable ties will get us thru :-)

Anyone know someone that is wrecking a Celica with roof racks, want a set of racks so we can carry the extra spare wheel and extra fuel needed.

Cheers

Hi

Does the St184 have the same wheel offset for front and rear wheels?

Cheers

Yep, it should. Most, if not all FWD should be the same all around (no staggered offsets, etc).
