Does a radiator for an auto fit a car with manual transmission ?

Generally the only difference is the addition/use of the oil cooler used in the lower radiator tank. The autos normally have this, some manuals do as well.

Yeah the radiator I found have the oil cooler thing at the bottom. It shouldn't matter right ? I was at the store and the guy insist it is only for car with auto.

Nope, as long as the mount and hose points are the same.
