Just wondering if coilovers are roadworthy in Victoria ?

Nah you need an engineers cert for them

Check with vicroads or an engineer. My understanding/memory is that a cert is not required if it does not change the roof line height by more than 2", and maintains something like 2/3 of the manufacturers suspension travel.
