Hi All,

Just joined this forum after being a lurker for a bit. Purchased my '99 7th about a year ago and absolutely loving it. Just did my first upgrade, a new set of 18" rims (pic attached) now I don't know where to sell the old one haha

Hopefully I'll keep upgrading this baby, next on the agenda lowered springs or coil overs. Any recommendations?

Coilovers IMO has always been the better option and better value. Less hassle with getting a spring compressor, checking for strut being in good condition etc. Its direct unbolt and bolt in new coilovers. I bought a set of BC Racing from JustJap.com for roughly $1200, but their eBay store is cheaper when there's ebay sale.

Megan racing coils goes for the same but shipped from USA, and DD coils goes for $1k on eBay (though lack of reviews of DD).

In terms of performance, 7th gen is a money hole in terms of getting parts. Only manufacturers and sellers are all overseas, mainly US or Japan.

Welcome!
Ceika coilovers for sure. Custom ordered and free shipping world wide. One of the directors Cedric, he knows Celicas and can offer some advice.
Good luck and have fun with it.
