How do you take off the rc car like roof antenna? trying to replace mine but felt a bit too much resistance than i am comfortable with, also couldnt find any tutorials online

Just unscrew it by hand. If it's really tight for whatever reason, then do what you would do with a normal bolt, spray penetrating fluid, and try again.

if you need to use a tool like a wrench on it for whatever reason, maybe wrap it in a towel so you don't damage anything.

You shouldn't need to do all that though, can you take a picture of which part you're trying to undo?

If it's just the actual antenna (the long metal piece), then that is definitely only hand tight. If you want to remove the whole base then that's different.

Thanks, tried again and got it off now. Not sure why there was so much resistance last time.
