Now I'm still confirming the prices, a percentage of these goes towards ozcelica - but the more we order the cheaper they are. I think most people may want one or two sets, for example one red and one chrome etc, chrome is a few dollars more expensive, but I'm hoping we can keep the prices between $7 to $10 a set and we can get enough people to purchase 2-3 sets each.

I would STRONGLY advise you purchase 2 sets of the one you want to put on permanently. If you have any problems putting these on, as they are very fussy and the letters are easily damaged if put on wrongly and you want to remove them once they have stuck, they have a tendency to stretch/scratch/scrunch when removed - being such a thin/material if you know what I'm talking about.

Unlike the stickers, this material is thinner and allows it to "sit" better inside the celica indentation. It looks great and haven't had any problems with it peeling the next day or anything, just make sure its applied firmly.

If your interested in a set, please post here on which sets - colours etc your after.

Virtually any colour is possible,

Some more common ones will include:

CHROME
RED
BLACK
SILVER - plain
WHITE?
BLUE (DARK?)
YELLOW?

pretty much any other colour you like by request, just remember it costs more to make one insert as opposed to us ordering a run of say 5-10 of one particular insert (RED, CHROME etc)

Few people have mentioned black inserts would look good on the back of a white 7th gen?

I will get Tony (platnm) to take pics of his red inserts on his silver 7th gen also at some stage and post them. Thanks for your patience guys.

Hi Sharmz, thanks for organising this. By the way, that's a very clean and shiny car! I wish my car looks like that all the time.

2 x red.

will be ordering a run of chrome, red and some black inserts this weekend, will update when i have them done (hopefully by end of next week they will be ready to post out) and advise prices accordingly.

Just to add, i got some pics of the chrome ones which ive taken off the camera and attached for you guys

If you guys require ANY other colours or materials if necessary, post up here and I will find out. Carbon Fibre is still being looked at, he would have to source the vinyl though in order to cut the inserts from it.

Hi guys, sorry for not giving you an update, the full run of chrome, red and black have been completed. I will be picking them up on saturday morning, unfortunately due to my shift work I was unable to collect over the past few days.

Sorry guys I've been mostly sick off work for past 2 weeks, but i definetly will have the inserts in my hands by the weekend.

For those in Sydney, I can arrange a pickup if you guys like.
For those Interstate I will arrange postage accordingly for you guys.

I WILL PM you all individually tonight with a total cost, please reply to my PM with
your FULL NAME, your POST ADDRESS and your mobile number.
I'll organise the mail out on monday for you guys, so you should have them before christmas :chuckles:

As most of you might remember i reccomended you to get 2 x each colour incase you wreck one particular letter when applying.

Prices, I have some options for you guys.

CHROME: $7 each (so $14 for two)
Black, Red: $6 each ($12) for two
Include $1 for postage on your orders.

----------------------------

Since a percentage of these sales already put money back into ozcelica and are priced accordingly, I will give you guys the option to donate a small portion extra to become an Ozcelica Supporter.

This will give you roughly 400% more storage space within the forum, the ozceli supporter tag you would have seen other members with, featured on a supporter page currenlty under construction, access to blog module which will be activated in early in the new year once Wayne and myself have performed another upgrade on our forum/site over the break.

SO, WHEN PAYING FOR THESE ITEMS, ADDING AN EXTRA $3 to your order will secure you supporter status on the site for those ordering atleast 2 inserts (which applies to all of you anyways). FOR EXAMPLE, ordering 2 inserts = $14 + $1postage + $3 donator amount. This is purely optional ofcourse.

Those already ozcelica supporters (such as Sherri and others) obviously dont need to worry about donating extra as obviously you are already supporters.

Thanks for your help, patience, and to continue supporting this site the way you guys do, and I'm sorry for the delay guys

Sharmz.

most of you have confimed payment over the weekend, netbanking should update by early this week (slow ass netbanking). Anyways - some good news, I've collected the inserts this afternoon, the black were flawless, one red insert damaged but i should have spares to cover this, one chrome insert had one letter slightly damaged when cut, again, i should have spares for this anyway as i over-ordered a little incase there were any stuff ups...

Will package them up tommorow after work and mail them to your addresses as Pm'd to me. I'll post here once ive done the drop at the Post office.

I'd like to say I was suprised by the donations put forward by most of you guys for the inserts, thanks for your help and supporting this site, its great to know many of the members here are proud and happy to contribute the way you guys do. Those who qualify for supporter status should have their accounts updated by the end of the week.

Again guys sorry for all the delay, and I'm glad you guys finally have what you have been hanging out for. ;)

Sharmz.

Hi Sharmz,

Got the inserts today, can't wait to go home and put them on!

And thanks of the Ozcelica.com stickers as well. Should I put it at the back side window, or do you think it might look better on the top of the back window?

Thanks again.

No problems mate, merry christmas

Side window definetly, you'd need bigger ones to be able to even read them on the back window, the stickers are too small to be read from a far distance. Go the side windows idea thats where mine are

And I hope you like the inserts.

*** GUYS WHEN YOU GET TIME TO INSTALL YOUR INSERTS PLEASE (IF POSSIBLE) TAKE A PHOTO BEFORE AND AFTER THE INSTALLATION AND POST THEM BACK HERE *** That way we can keep a gallery of the inserts for future 7th gen owners...

Thanks,

Sharmz.

The E and A are really fukn hard to do

Take your time, be patient, it is really really fiddly.

Make sure ur hands are VERY clean and dry (no moisturiser or grease or shit) cos u spend heaps of time touching the sticky side and it might not stick properly.

Also make sure you clean the plastic with metho first too.
